AutoScreenShot is a little program that takes screenshots every few seconds to keep track of what is happening on the desktop at any determined time.
This tool opens and runs in the background. The only thing that you have to configure is how frequently you need it to save a copy of what is happening on your screen. The interval can be set between one second and 9,999 seconds.
In addition, the images can be saved with a name that includes the date when they were taken. You can choose the folder where you want them to be saved if you don't want them to be saved in the folder that the program creates by default.
Finally, if you don't want too many images, you can set the options so that it only saves the 20 or 200 most recent screenshots, automatically deleting the older ones.
